Town Hall Meeting Recap

Thank you to everyone who attended our Town Hall Meeting on September 16, 2026, at Washington Elementary School. We appreciate the families, staff, and community members who joined us, asked questions, shared their perspectives, and engaged in meaningful conversation about our schools.

During the Town Hall, we provided updates on the ongoing repairs at Lincoln Elementary, including the damage caused by the August 11 storm to the building’s electrical and HVAC systems. We also discussed the indoor air quality concerns that resulted from the continued loss of electricity and HVAC service, as well as the steps being taken to ensure the safety of our students and staff.

We shared the latest information available regarding the repairs at Lincoln Elementary and our anticipated timeline for returning students and staff to the building.
